Prices are per person /maximum 15 Yogis

Price includes:

-5 nights stay  in your chosen accommodation  with access to 2 outdoor pools, a huge garden and plenty of space to hang out and relax

-Yoga (Morning & Evening): Asana, Pranayama and Meditation practices

-5 delicious Dinners;  5 wholesome healthy Brunches (last day is Breakfast)

-unlimited Tea/Coffee/Infused Water/Fruit & Nuts throughout the day

How to get there/getting around

The closest airport is in Lisbon.

Airport shuttle is available 70€ one-way, it can be shared with 4 people. If possible, shuttles may be coordinated with other retreat participants.

Uber and taxis are an independent option.

A bus is available from Lisbon to Ericeira, (approx 2 hours from the center of Lisbon) then a short taxi or Uber ride from there.

Uber is available in the Ericeira area.  Approx. cost from the retreat center to Ericeira is 5-7€

For ultimate freedom and flexibility renting a car will allow easy access to many beaches  and sites along this coastal region.

There are lockers at the Lisbon Airport. There is a metro system into the city.

What's Not Included

Airfare and in country transportation to/from the retreat center. Transport/daily trips during free time.

Optional activities (massage, pottery, surfing)

Non-alcoholic / alcoholic drinks and snacks  from the retreat center "honor bar".

Gratuities

Check in 

Check in is Sunday, June 9 after 16.00. We will meet at around 17.30 for a welcome circle and an easy Yoga practice.

Dinner will be around 20.00 with time to chat and relax afterwards.

Check out

Check out is 11.00 on Friday June 14. That morning we will have a slightly shorter (earlier) morning Yoga practice and breakfast/brunch will be around 10.

Deposits, Cancellation & Refund

To reserve a spot a deposit of 350€ is required. 150€ of this is non-refundable to cover admin and rebooking.

Full payment (or remainder of the balance) is due by March 1, 2024

If signing in after March 1st full payment is due. 

If you cancel before March 1,  200€ of your deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel between March 1 and May 9 ---50% of the total retreat cost will be refunded.

If you cancel after May 9  there will be no refund  of the retreat costs. 

If however you manage to find someone to take your spot you will be refunded the full amount (minus 150€ non-refundable deposit).

In  the case of an unforeseen travel ban, the retreat will be postponed. All payments will remain valid for a rescheduled retreat in either  2024 or 2025.

Tracy Cooper Yoga is not responsible for any additional expenses if the retreat is cancelled or postponed. Flight/Trip cancellation and Medical Insurance are strongly advised.

And lastly.....

All activities are subject to change depending on weather, availability and interest.

Evening fires are climate permitting. Sunsets and Moon rise are organized independently by Mother Nature and are beyond the organizers control.

For anyone traveling for the first time to Portugal I would highly recommend adding a few extra days  to your trip to visit Lisbon and/or explore the  numerous beautiful nearby towns and beaches.
