Dhara Villa offers guests an opportunity to stay in a room with a unique, individual design, large interior and always enticing wooden bathtub. A short walk from the pool and restaurant.

Hobbit Villa

The Hobbit Villa is spacious and unique. One of the Earth Adobe Villas , tastefully decorated with a lovely wooden bathtub

How to get there/getting around

Most international travelers will fly (via Bangkok) into the closest airport  at Chiang Mai. (more travel tips here)

Mala Dhara is located 45 mins outside of Chiang Mai.

Airport shuttle can be organized when travelling with a group.

Taxis are readily available.

What's Not Included

Airfare and in country transportation to/from the retreat center. Transport/daily trips during free time.

Optional activities (massage, cooking classes, independent excursions), bicycle or scooter rental. 

Dinner/food and drink during Chiang Mai Festival of Lights Trip.

Non-alcoholic / alcoholic drinks and food not included in the meal plan.

Gratuities

Check in 

Check in is after 2pm, November 12 . We will meet at around 16.00 for a welcome circle  and an easy Yoga practice.

Dinner will be around 6.30-7pm with time to chat and relax afterwards.

Check out

Check out is 11.00 on Monday November 18. 

Deposits, Cancellation & Refund

To reserve a spot a deposit of 400€ is required. 150€ of this is non-refundable to cover administration and rebooking costs.

Full payment (or remainder of the balance) is due by August 1, 2024

If signing in after August 1st full payment is due. 

If you cancel before August 1st  250€ of your deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel between August 1st and October 1st ---50% of the total retreat cost will be refunded.

If you cancel after October 1st  there will be no refund  of the retreat costs. If there is someone on a waitlist or you manage to find someone to take your spot you will be refunded the full amount (minus 150€ non-refundable deposit).

In  the case of an unforeseen travel ban, the retreat will be postponed. All payments will remain valid for a rescheduled retreat at a later date.

Tracy Cooper Yoga is not responsible for any additional expenses if the retreat is cancelled or postponed. Flight/Trip cancellation and Medical Insurance are strongly advised.

And lastly.....

All activities are subject to change depending on weather, availability and interest.

Evening fires are climate permitting. Sunsets and Moon rise are organized independently by Mother Nature and are beyond the organizers control.

For anyone traveling for the first time to Thailand I would highly recommend adding some extra days  to your trip to visit more of Thailand's beautiful places.
