What is a Sadhana? 



The word “Sadhana”  in Sanskrit means “methodical discipline to attain desired knowledge or goal”.


Begin your day with the beautiful ritual of Yoga Sadhana.

Make your Yoga practice an essential part of your morning routine. Make it a habit.

I will lead us in Pranayama (Yogic Breath),  a simple Asana practice and Meditation.


Start the day full of energy, feeling balanced, with a calm, clear mind.
