Cordoba was an important Roman city and a major Islamic centre in the Middle Ages. It is home to the incredible La Mezquita, an immense mosque dating from 784 A.D.
Entry fee to La Mezquita is 15€
For a trip to Cordoba lunch would be in a restaurant and not included in the cost of the Retreat.
81km, 1hr10 drive
El Caminito is a walkway, pinned along the steep walls of a narrow gorge in El Chorro. It takes about 2 hrs to do the walk with a guide or by yourself. Breathtaking views. Pre booking required.
Entry fee is 20€
A packed lunch can be organized from Cortijo.
